Training of Trainers (ToT) by CBSE

Mr. Naveen Kumar Sharma from SLD Sr. Sec. AVM KVP School has successfully become a certified trainer through the Training of Trainers (ToT) program conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the skills and methodologies of educators in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which emphasizes continuous professional development for teachers.The ToT program, organized in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), aims to equip trainers with essential skills to improve teaching effectiveness and foster academic excellence. Participants undergo rigorous training that focuses on modern educational practices, ensuring they are well-prepared to disseminate knowledge and lead other educators within their institutions.
